Marwa Nafti
Chef
Marwa Nafti, the visionary behind Maison ZOZATI, took an inspiring leap from the corporate world to the culinary arts. After studying law and building a career as an executive assistant and office manager, she chose to follow her true passion — pâtisserie. Driven by a deep love for the craft, she pursued formal training with a CAP in pastry and completed a prestigious internship at the Château de Ferrières, one of France’s most esteemed culinary institutions. In 2021, she founded ZOZATI to bring her vision of refined, ingredient-driven desserts to life. Her journey is a testament to courage, reinvention, and the pursuit of purpose through creativity.
